Artwork Description:
In 2015-2016, Nicholaas Chiao was preoccupied with devising the ideal Government for the World, for America, Europe, and Asia, and for his native Belarus. He focused his efforts on the idea he called Neurocracy, or scientific government. He even created a program of reforms for it and the State flag - a red circle above wavy stripes of red color on complementary cerulean blue.
