Artwork Description:
In 2015-2016 Nicholaas Chiao was preoccupied with the idea of inventing the ideal Government for the World, for America, and for his native Belarus. He focused his efforts on the idea of Neurocracy, or scientific government. He even created a program of reforms for it and the State flag - a red circle above wavy stripes of red color on complimentary cerulean blue.
